Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and organized E-commerce Assistant to support the daily management of our online store. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring all details such as pricing, images, and descriptions are up to date. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and properly labeled for customers to purchase. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage discounts, and optimize product visibility online. You’ll provide support for customer service inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and concerns. You’ll help optimize product pages, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and have the best chance of driving conversions. You’ll maintain a clean and organized online store, ensuring that products are easy to find and navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain internal documentation like product catalogs, SKU sheets, supplier contact lists, and SOPs for key tasks.
• Monitor product inventory, flag low-stock items, and help manage restocking schedules or product discontinuations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.
• Help create promotional banners, product graphics, or basic visual content using tools like Canva or Figma.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Product Coordinator, or Storefront Lead.
• Experience working with Canva or Photoshop to create or edit product visuals is a plus.
• Able to assist with customer inquiries, order status updates, and basic returns or refunds.
• Can track and report metrics such as sales, abandoned carts, or traffic using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Can follow brand voice and tone when writing or updating product text.
