Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our online store. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images are displayed. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers and properly stocked across all platforms. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage discounts, and optimize product visibility online. You’ll provide support for customer service inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and concerns. You’ll manage product categorization, ensuring the website is organized and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll monitor and report on sales data, providing insights to help improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints via email or platform messages, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
• Communicate effectively with remote teams—updating status, asking questions, and reporting blockers clearly.
• Assist with order issues such as refunds, returns, or damaged items—ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Use tools like Trello, Notion, or Airtable to manage product update pipelines and task workflows.
• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.

Preferred:

• Familiar with CMS platforms and understands how to update homepage banners, collections, or promotions.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to keep online stores running smoothly.
• Comfortable scheduling newsletters, sales, or social content in coordination with marketing teams.
• Can track and report metrics such as sales, abandoned carts, or traffic using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable for product tracking and order management.
