Description:

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support daily operations of our online store. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring all details such as pricing, images, and descriptions are up to date. You’ll assist in order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to delivery or returns. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers and properly stocked across all platforms. You’ll assist with managing product categories, optimizing product pages for search engines, and maintaining a clean online storefront. You’ll assist with customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll monitor the performance of product pages and optimize them for better visibility and higher conversion rates. You’ll generate sales reports and analyze product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.
• Maintain internal documentation like product catalogs, SKU sheets, supplier contact lists, and SOPs for key tasks.
• Assist with adding, updating, and managing product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy.
• Track and report on store performance metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Canva or Photoshop to create or edit product visuals is a plus.
• Familiar with basic digital marketing concepts such as discount codes, upsells, and product bundling.
• Can follow brand voice and tone when writing or updating product text.
• Comfortable scheduling newsletters, sales, or social content in coordination with marketing teams.
• Values accuracy, presentation, and user experience in online shopping.

You’ll generate reports on sales data, customer behavior, and product performance, helping inform future strategies. You’ll ensure all order fulfillment processes are seamless and orders are dispatched within the expected time frame.
