Description:
We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who combines technical know-how with a genuine desire to help people. You’ll serve as the first responder to internal tech issues, solving problems before they become blockers. You’ll install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and software with precision. From fixing printer errors to diagnosing network outages, you’ll be the go-to problem solver. Whether it’s Windows, macOS, or a random network error, you’re ready to jump in and diagnose the issue. You’ll respond to support tickets, manage inventory, and ensure all equipment is running smoothly. You’ll support Windows, macOS, and cloud-based tools, ensuring our team can work efficiently anywhere. You’ll support both local and remote team members, ensuring seamless collaboration wherever they are. You’ll explain tech stuff in plain English, not confusing jargon that makes people glaze over.
Basic Qualifications:
- Help manage cloud services and SaaS tools, ensuring they are properly configured and integrated with user accounts.
- Escalate unresolved issues to system admins or network engineers with clear documentation and context.
- Maintain a helpful, professional, and solution-oriented attitude—you're often the first impression of the IT team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes by suggesting new tools, automations, or documentation updates.
- Document common technical issues and solutions in internal knowledge bases to streamline future troubleshooting.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or common SaaS platforms.
- Experience providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, or mobile devices.
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving issues related to connectivity, permissions, or user access.
- Able to install, configure, and update software applications or system drivers.
- Thrives in collaborative, structured environments with clear documentation and tools.
Benefits:
- Flexible hours — troubleshoot when you’re sharpest, whether that’s 8am or 8pm.
- Your ideas to improve support tools, security policies, or onboarding kits are welcome and heard.
- Every “it’s working now!” moment happens because of you.
- We track quality and impact — not just how many tickets you close per day.
- We respect your quiet time — no fire drills unless it’s really 🔥.
You’ll help maintain network infrastructure and assist in diagnosing connectivity issues. Security is top of mind, and you’ll help enforce policies that keep systems and data safe. Whether someone needs a new mouse or can’t connect to the VPN, you’re on it — fast and friendly. You’ll assist with software rollouts and updates, minimizing downtime and confusion. If there’s a better, faster, or more secure way to do something — you speak up and make it happen. You know how to explain complex issues in a way that makes sense to non-technical teammates. Your mindset is “how can I help? If you love being the person who quietly keeps everything running — this role is for you. If “tech therapist” is a title you’ve earned without even trying, this job’s made for you.
