Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s passionate about data, curious by nature, and ready to turn numbers into narratives. You don’t need years of experience — just a strong foundation in data analysis, a sharp eye for patterns, and a willingness to keep learning. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should feel comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally have some experience with SQL or data visualization tools. You’ll help build reports, maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and assist with ad-hoc analysis that impacts marketing, product, operations, and more. Whether you're identifying trends in customer behavior, spotting anomalies in financial reports, or helping visualize campaign performance, your insights will play a real role in shaping decisions. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and managers who will mentor you, but you’ll also be trusted to take initiative and follow through on your own.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal privacy/security protocols at all times.
• Grow fast by listening, practicing, and contributing ideas even if you're new.
• Support ad hoc requests from different departments and learn how to prioritize under shifting demands.
• Double-check numbers and logic before presenting—clean data and clear thinking are your superpowers.
• Help maintain data pipelines and flag any inconsistencies or missing values you encounter.
