Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who knows how to turn messy data into smooth, actionable insights. You’ll manage our CRM system with precision, ensuring the right data reaches the right people at the right time. You’ll help us better understand our audience by organizing, segmenting, and tracking customer interactions from first touch to loyal user. You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales campaigns, automate follow-ups, and generate reports that actually matter. You’re the kind of person who gets excited about reducing manual work with smart workflows and logic-based triggers. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and support to ensure the CRM reflects real-time customer journeys. You’ll build and maintain data pipelines, segment audiences, and optimize lead flows with precision. You’ll help define what “qualified lead” means and how we track that in a measurable, repeatable way. You’re the kind of person who documents everything so others don’t have to guess later.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.
• Document processes, automation logic, and naming conventions to keep the CRM setup scalable and team-friendly.
• Ensure data consistency by regularly auditing entries, merging duplicates, and flagging incomplete or suspicious records.
• Monitor user activity inside the CRM to identify training gaps or potential misuses of the system.
• Work with sales and marketing leads to refine lead scoring, tagging, and routing based on performance insights.

Preferred:

• Thrives in a remote environment and communicates proactively with distributed teams.
• Capable of translating team needs into CRM workflows that save time and reduce friction.
• Able to troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support or documentation.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams remotely.
• Can quickly learn new platforms or adapt to a company’s unique CRM stack.
