Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our gig listings, ensuring they’re optimized for maximum exposure and success. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll analyze gig performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and platform updates, implementing new strategies to stay competitive. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll help design promotional strategies, including seasonal offers, discount campaigns, and gig boosts to increase exposure. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll maintain a detailed record of client feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Flag or resolve issues like scope creep, refund requests, or deadline changes diplomatically and efficiently.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Track revenue, conversion rates, and repeat customer behavior using Fiverr analytics or third-party tools.
• Collect and display reviews, testimonials, or portfolio pieces that build trust and credibility.
• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.

Preferred:

• Organized and proactive with task tracking, follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
• Knows how to manage orders, track revisions, and communicate professionally with clients.
• Pays close attention to gig delivery timelines, customer expectations, and quality standards.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
• Knows how to adjust pricing, delivery times, or package options to align with demand.
