Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our gig listings, ensuring they’re optimized for maximum exposure and success. You’ll manage and enhance gig content, including crafting engaging titles, descriptions, pricing structures, and visual assets. You’ll manage our Fiverr profile, update gig details, and keep everything aligned with the latest trends and best practices. You’ll analyze gig performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to maintain high ratings. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, handling orders, ensuring high-quality communication, and maintaining excellent reviews. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll maintain a detailed record of client feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee and optimize Fiverr gig listings—writing clear titles, crafting compelling descriptions, selecting relevant tags, and uploading strong visuals or videos.
• Coordinate revisions, delivery timelines, and scope expectations to ensure high satisfaction and five-star reviews.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Manage communication with clients across multiple gigs—ensuring tone stays professional, friendly, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with freelancers (writers, editors, designers, etc.) if the gig requires multiple contributors.

Preferred:

• Familiar with keyword research and using SEO best practices within Fiverr’s search system.
• Understands the value of fast, honest, and personalized customer service on gig platforms.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized dashboard, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work independently and grow the Fiverr profile at your own pace.
