Description:

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst Trainee who’s ready to build a career in business intelligence and decision support — no prior experience needed, just a sharp mind and a love for numbers. You’ll help collect financial data, organize reports, and assist in preparing dashboards used by key stakeholders. We’ll teach you how to analyze trends, compare budgets vs. You’ll learn to create reports that balance detail with clarity — built to help people act, not just read. You’ll support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports used by leadership to assess progress. Expect to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and simple forecasting models — with plenty of support along the way. You’ll work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and modern BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI. We’ll show you how financial decisions ripple through departments — from marketing to supply chain to HR. You’ll help update KPI reports, organize financial data, and check that everything adds up before review meetings. We’ll introduce you to the key terms and tools used in business finance, even if you’re starting from scratch.

Basic Qualifications:

• Translate numbers into insights—your job is more than spreadsheets, it’s storytelling with data.
• Keep financial databases and models organized, updated, and documented for accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with accounting, marketing, and operations to ensure financial alignment across the company.
• Support cost-cutting initiatives and efficiency improvements with clear financial reasoning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business decisions.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Excel with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Understands the fundamentals of capital budgeting, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Willing to collaborate with finance, operations, or strategy teams on cross-functional projects.
• Able to consolidate data from different departments and prepare meaningful business summaries.
• Comfortable using financial software such as Bloomberg, Power BI, QuickBooks, or ERP systems like SAP.
