Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to run a tight ship and isn’t afraid to make tough calls. You’ll take full ownership of after-hours operations, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. Whether it's tracking KPIs, coaching a team member, or solving a delivery delay, you thrive where things move fast. You’ll know exactly what’s in your warehouse, what’s leaving, and what’s arriving next — without checking twice. You’ll manage nightly reports, track movement, and ensure every order is ready for early dispatch. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll be the person others count on to fix problems fast and communicate clearly when it matters. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Resolve operational issues such as damaged goods, shipping errors, or staff shortages with urgency and professionalism.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory turnover, and damage/loss rates—taking corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate closely with e-commerce or retail systems to sync inventory data and minimize stockouts or overselling.
• Manage procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment, maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers.

Preferred:

• Capable of creating reports and sharing operational insights with senior leadership.
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL coordination if needed.
• Can manage labor budgets, shift planning, and productivity forecasts.
• Organized with digital recordkeeping, documentation, and vendor communication.
• Experience setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and motivating warehouse teams.
