Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who knows how to turn messy data into smooth, actionable insights. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring it's clean, organized, and up-to-date. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. Your job is part architect, part analyst, and part problem-solver — and you love wearing all three hats. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You know how to translate business goals into workflows, filters, and reports that actually make sense. You’ll create dynamic fields, logic branches, and tags that reflect customer behaviors and lifecycles. You’ll help define what “qualified lead” means and how we track that in a measurable, repeatable way. If an integration breaks, you’re the first to spot it and already have a fix or workaround in mind.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.
• Make sure the CRM isn’t just a database—it’s a powerful engine for better relationships, smarter decisions, and sustainable growth.
• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.
• Document processes, automation logic, and naming conventions to keep the CRM setup scalable and team-friendly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs that track customer engagement and performance.

Preferred:

• Loves being the behind-the-scenes builder who keeps everything running smoothly.
• Background or interest in sales ops, marketing automation, data analysis, or RevOps.
• Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
