Description:

We’re hiring a Hairdresser who brings both skill and personality to the chair — someone who can listen, create, and help people leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. You’ll offer haircuts, color services, treatments, and styling with a modern approach and a high attention to detail. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll offer honest recommendations, respecting each client’s preferences while guiding them toward the best possible result. You’ll help guide clients through changes, whether it’s their first bold color or a subtle refresh that lifts their confidence. You’ll maintain a clean, polished station and follow all salon hygiene protocols with consistency. You’ll recommend styling products and care routines tailored to each client’s hair type, texture, and lifestyle. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll manage your time well, respecting every appointment and making sure no one feels rushed or overlooked.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.
• Offer additional services such as scalp treatments, deep conditioning, or keratin smoothing as needed.
• Style hair using blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and products for everyday or special occasions.
• Offer honest advice on what suits the client’s face shape, lifestyle, and hair type best.
• Respect client preferences while gently guiding them when a style may not work as imagined.

Preferred:

• Willing to upsell retail products or additional treatments based on client needs and salon goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Familiar with current hair trends, classic techniques, and salon-quality finishing standards.
• Open to training in new techniques, certifications, or brand-specific product lines.
