Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll manage and enhance gig content, including crafting engaging titles, descriptions, pricing structures, and visual assets. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You’ll track gig performance, monitor analytics, and use data to refine strategies for increased visibility and conversions. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll help manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to maintain positive reviews and repeat clients. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll optimize gig photos, videos, and keywords, making sure everything is aligned with Fiverr’s search engine requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collect and display reviews, testimonials, or portfolio pieces that build trust and credibility.
• Use Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets to track gig performance, client status, and workflow history.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Collaborate with freelancers (writers, editors, designers, etc.) if the gig requires multiple contributors.
• Help define pricing tiers, package details, and add-on services to maximize order value and transparency.

Preferred:

• Knows how to adjust pricing, delivery times, or package options to align with demand.
• Knows how to manage orders, track revisions, and communicate professionally with clients.
• Background or interest in freelancing, digital services, or remote business operations.
• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
