Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help optimize our digital workspace and improve team collaboration. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing Notion workspaces that support efficient workflows, project management, and collaboration. You’ll assist in creating databases, project boards, and templates that streamline workflows and improve team productivity. You’ll help create and maintain custom templates for meetings, projects, and brainstorming sessions to streamline processes. You’ll manage and update existing Notion pages, ensuring all content is accurate, well-organized, and aligned with project goals. You’ll collaborate with different departments to ensure the workspace reflects their workflows and requirements. You’ll work with various teams to understand their needs and create tailored workspaces that enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency. You’ll ensure that all Notion pages are up-to-date, maintaining consistency across the workspace and aligning with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date on Notion updates, beta features, and community tips to improve the quality of each build.
• Offer training or walkthroughs—via Loom videos, docs, or live calls—so users know how to use and maintain their new system.
• Ultimately, bring order to digital chaos so your clients can focus on doing what they do best.
• Use databases for goal setting, client management, editorial tracking, and product development timelines.
• Build reusable, scalable templates with consistent naming conventions, icons, and cover images for better user experience.

Preferred:

• Able to design clean, user-friendly layouts using columns, toggles, embeds, and callouts.
• Understands how to structure workspaces for teams, projects, and personal productivity.
• Knows how to link databases together and build relational systems in Notion.
• Values minimalism, clarity, and intentional structure in digital spaces.
• Capable of explaining workspace structure to new users and creating onboarding guides.
