Description:
We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who knows that real style lives beyond the runway — someone who understands fit, movement, and everyday confidence as much as visual identity. You’ll lead the design of ready-to-wear collections that are as thoughtful as they are wearable — built for real people, real bodies, and real lives. You’ll be responsible for sketching concepts, selecting fabrics, and refining designs through fittings and technical development. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. You’ll collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure construction reflects your vision in movement and on the body. You’ll also work closely with the creative team to shape lookbooks, runway styling, and campaign aesthetics. Your process should balance innovation and discipline — knowing when to push and when to pare back. You’ll also contribute to campaign styling, show presentations, and visual storytelling alongside the creative team. We expect you to think beyond the garment — considering how each piece photographs, moves, and fits into a complete narrative.
Basic Qualifications:
- Deliver sketches and concepts on schedule to keep production timelines on track.
- Choose fabrics, colors, and textures that bring each concept to life with both style and practicality.
- Be ready to design everything from a capsule wardrobe to a one-off runway piece.
- Help prepare for fashion shows, campaigns, or lookbook shoots, ensuring every piece shines on camera.
- Oversee sample development and provide creative direction through each iteration.
Preferred:
- Proficient in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D for creating sketches and technical flats.
- Wants to grow into roles like Head Designer, Creative Director, or Brand Founder.
- Experienced in trend analysis, market research, and competitive brand review.
- Knowledge of textiles, material sourcing, and fabric behavior in different silhouettes and wear conditions.
- Familiar with sustainability principles, ethical sourcing, and circular fashion design strategies.
