Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Notion Workspace Organizer to optimize and streamline our team’s workflow through a well-structured digital workspace. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining well-structured Notion workspaces that are efficient and easy to navigate. You’ll assist in creating databases, project boards, and templates that streamline workflows and improve team productivity. You’ll help create and maintain custom templates for meetings, projects, and brainstorming sessions to streamline processes. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll assist with organizing and structuring documents, notes, and project details, making sure all information is easy to find. You’ll work with different teams to integrate Notion with other productivity tools, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll ensure that all Notion pages are up-to-date, maintaining consistency across the workspace and aligning with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build systems that support recurring tasks, project tracking, content production, or habit tracking—all with a minimalist approach.
• Ensure every build is mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and aligned with the client’s way of thinking.
• Ultimately, bring order to digital chaos so your clients can focus on doing what they do best.
• Help migrate data from other tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable, Asana, Google Docs) into Notion without losing structure or usability.
• Use icons, toggles, dividers, and embeds thoughtfully to balance function and aesthetic appeal.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to naming conventions, icons, and visual hierarchy for clarity.
• Values minimalism, clarity, and intentional structure in digital spaces.
• Knows how to manage permissions and sharing settings across private and shared spaces.
• Background or interest in digital organization, operations, project management, or productivity systems.
• Able to design clean, user-friendly layouts using columns, toggles, embeds, and callouts.
