Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll manage the brand’s social media profiles, crafting engaging posts, and interacting with our community on various platforms. You’ll be responsible for curating content, writing copy, and creating visuals that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s values. You’ll analyze key performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize social media strategies based on data-driven insights. You’ll stay on top of industry trends, experimenting with new features and tools to continuously improve our social media presence. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and driving conversions across platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly voice that reflects the brand's personality.
• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
• Celebrate community wins, UGC, or comments—make your followers feel seen, heard, and valued.
• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.
• Schedule posts in advance but stay ready to pivot when real-time opportunities arise.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to detail, grammar, and formatting across channels.
• Understands the balance between authenticity and professionalism on social platforms.
• Values creativity, clarity, and consistency in brand voice and visuals.
• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
