Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things moving — fast, smooth, and with zero drama. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. You’ll monitor KPIs closely — including order accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time, and inventory shrink. You’ll coach your team like a leader, not a boss — pushing for performance while keeping morale high. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll conduct nightly safety checks, lockups, and log completions without compromise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Ultimately, ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time—delivered safely, efficiently, and with accountability.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff—ensuring safety protocols, productivity standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Maintain documentation for inbound shipments, inventory records, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving operational challenges and optimizing systems for scale.
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
• Pays close attention to order accuracy, stock levels, and quality control inspections.
• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
