We’re hiring a Pharmacist who balances clinical precision with genuine care and compassion. You’ll be the one patients trust when they feel overwhelmed by prescriptions, diagnoses, or side effects. You’ll verify prescriptions with care, catch potential interactions, and make decisions that protect lives, quietly and consistently. Whether someone is picking up antibiotics or starting long-term treatment, you’ll guide them with care and calm. You’ll lead your team with clarity and purpose, making sure the pharmacy runs smoothly and ethically. You know how to lead a team, support your techs, and keep the day moving — even when it’s a Monday and the line is 12 deep. You’ll never rush a question, never shrug off a concern, and never forget that health is deeply personal. You’ll help people navigate side effects, insurance confusion, and late-night questions with empathy and patience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes or complementary therapies that may support their overall treatment plan.
• Provide accurate drug information and clinical insights to healthcare providers, patients, and team members.
• Adjust workflows to accommodate special populations like pediatric, geriatric, or immunocompromised patients.
• Provide clear counseling to patients on how to properly take their medications, potential side effects, and safe storage or disposal practices.
• Report and document adverse drug reactions or medication errors according to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

• Can manage high-volume prescription environments without sacrificing care quality.
• Wants to grow into roles like Pharmacy Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, or Consultant Pharmacist.
• Excited to support health outcomes through medication accuracy and education.
• Understands the importance of HIPAA compliance and protecting patient confidentiality.
• Can handle controlled substances responsibly in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
