Description:

We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee ready to represent our airline with professionalism, care, and confidence — no experience needed, just a strong work ethic and a love for helping people from all walks of life. You’ll learn how to manage the cabin environment, assist passengers with confidence, and create a sense of safety and calm on every flight. We’ll train you in in-flight safety procedures, emergency protocols, and how to remain composed in high-stress situations. You’ll help ensure the cabin is secure before takeoff, guide passengers with confidence, and support their comfort during the flight. Expect to manage food and beverage service, special requests, and occasional surprises — all with a steady smile. You’ll be taught how to give safety demonstrations, use emergency equipment, and follow strict aviation protocols. We’ll show you how to manage in-flight service with efficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine smile. You’ll learn international aviation standards, airline policies, and how to work closely with your crew in a tight-knit team. We’ll introduce you to international procedures, cabin management systems, and multi-language announcements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Reinforce safety rules and help enforce seatbelt, electronics, or carry-on policies.
• Remain calm and composed during delays, reroutes, or difficult flight conditions.
• Keep composure when dealing with tight schedules, delays, or demanding passengers.
• Help with in-flight sales, customs documentation, or duty-free service where required.
• Stay alert for unusual behavior or potential threats and report accordingly.

Preferred:

• Understands the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and efficiency in flight operations.
• Flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul rotations.
• Values courtesy, attention to detail, and problem-solving in guest-facing roles.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international routes.
• Organized in managing passenger lists, special service requests, and in-flight inventory.
