Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer to join our team and help create engaging, dynamic websites and applications. You’ll work alongside senior developers to create well-structured, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You’ll be responsible for implementing new features, fixing bugs, and ensuring that our websites function seamlessly across all platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life, ensuring consistency and quality across all devices. You’ll gain experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue. You’ll gain exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. You’ll be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code that follows best practices and is easy to update. You’ll be expected to debug issues and contribute to the improvement of website performance and functionality. You’ll contribute to the improvement of website performance, focusing on speed and accessibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow accessibility best practices (e.g., semantic HTML, focus states, ARIA roles) to make apps inclusive.
• Take pride in growing from junior to mid-level by consistently showing up, improving, and contributing to real-world products.
• Fix bugs, update components, and refactor legacy code while learning best practices for performance and maintainability.
• Strive for pixel-perfect implementation, but stay pragmatic when trade-offs are needed to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with senior developers and designers to implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular).

Preferred:

• Can follow Figma or design mockups and translate them into pixel-accurate code.
• Wants to grow into roles like Frontend Engineer, UI Developer, or Fullstack Developer.
• Enjoys building user-friendly experiences and learning from real-world challenges.
