We’re hiring a Manicurist Trainee to join our creative nail design studio — perfect for someone who’s artistic, detail-oriented, and ready to express beauty through nail art and extensions. You’ll begin by learning how to perform clean manicures using non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free products. You’ll assist in greeting VIP clients, offering refreshments, and helping them feel relaxed and welcomed from the first moment. You’ll be trained to apply polish evenly, perform gentle hand massages, and build confidence in working with real clients. You’ll help apply breathable, chemical-free polishes with precision and a focus on nail health over harsh trends. You’ll support services such as paraffin wraps, hand exfoliation, and cuticle oil massage as part of elevated care packages. You’ll support polish removal, gentle exfoliation, and light massage services using travel-safe, skin-friendly products. You’ll be taught how to present yourself professionally, speak confidently, and respect the privacy and preferences of each client. You’ll help manage schedules, confirm bookings, and adjust time slots based on traffic or last-minute changes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Suggest aftercare products or routines to help clients maintain their nails between visits.
• Sanitize tools and workstations thoroughly between each client in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Educate clients about proper nail health and hygiene when appropriate.
• Prepare and mix products like acrylic powder or gel builder accurately before application.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that makes clients feel confident and pampered.

Preferred:

• Able to maintain detailed records of client preferences, allergies, and past services.
• Thrives in stylish, fast-paced environments where beauty, precision, and service come together.
• Background or passion in nail art, beauty therapy, cosmetology, or fashion.
• Organized in managing client appointments, product inventory, and personal workstations.
• Pays attention to timing to ensure services are delivered efficiently without rushing quality.
