Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee for travel-based content — no experience needed, just a love for adventure, landscapes, and telling stories through visuals. You’ll assist in planning, shooting, and editing visual stories — interviews, vlogs, aesthetic b-roll, table scenes, morning light, walks, hands making tea, and real-life pauses that feel like cinema. We’ll teach you how to frame scenes with intention, think in shots not just clips, and shoot content that feels lived-in and real. You’ll work with minimal gear — natural light, soft microphones, handheld cameras — to find beauty in simplicity. You’ll help set up gear, frame wide and close angles, manage batteries, card backups, and stay alert in fast-changing situations. We’ll train you to work with gimbals, GoPros, drones, and natural light to capture scenes that feel immersive and personal. You’ll learn how to find balance between creativity and client needs — and how to shoot intentionally with editing in mind. You’ll practice following the action, anticipating key moments, and learning how to “feel” the timing without being told. tight shots, telling a visual story, and creating content that feels like a memory, not a postcard.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creative vision with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Pace your work efficiently—some projects move fast, others need extra polish.
• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project size and scope.
• Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop with confidence.

Preferred:

• Proficient in framing, composition, lighting, and exposure for various environments.
• Understands client briefs and able to communicate progress or adjustments clearly.
• Pays close attention to visual consistency, sharpness, and storytelling in all media.
• Willing to travel, carry equipment, and handle on-set logistics as needed.
• Willing to shoot behind-the-scenes content or short reels for promotional use.
