Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our remote team and help produce visually stunning content. You’ll be responsible for editing video footage, adding effects, and creating final videos that capture the brand’s message and tone. You’ll work closely with the creative team to ensure the final product meets the vision and requirements of each project. You’ll be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with the brand’s tone and style. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. You’ll help incorporate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance the quality of the video and the viewer’s experience. You’ll work with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro to produce high-quality video content. You’ll manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Offer creative input when needed—great editors don’t just cut, they help shape the story.
• Support marketing or sales teams with repurposed content from webinars, interviews, or long-form assets.
• Stay organized in your file structure and naming—messy timelines slow everyone down.
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality, speed, and creative energy.
• Color-correct, audio-balance, and export videos in platform-specific formats (e.g., vertical for Reels/TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube).

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with vertical and horizontal formats across multiple platforms.
• Pays attention to detail in timing, rhythm, and smooth scene transitions.
• Familiar with cloud storage and collaboration tools like Google Drive, Frame.io, Dropbox, or Trello.
• Values clarity, emotion, and creativity in every frame.
• Willing to stay updated on editing trends and content performance.
