Description:

We’re hiring an Industrial Electrician to install and maintain electrical systems in factories, plants, and large-scale facilities — ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and values precision and safety. You’ll work with high-voltage systems, control panels, motor drives, and automation equipment across heavy machinery and production lines. You’ll handle lighting systems, emergency backups, breaker panels, access controls, and HVAC electrical connections. You’ll troubleshoot household issues such as tripped breakers, flickering lights, faulty outlets, and overloaded circuits. You’ll upgrade old wiring in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces to support modern appliances and devices. You’ll communicate clearly with clients under stress, explaining the issue, risks, and repair plan in a calm, professional tone. You’ll conduct preventive maintenance on motors, relays, VFDs, lighting systems, and backup power sources to reduce downtime. You’ll use meters, IR cameras, megohm testers, and oscilloscopes to monitor performance and identify problems. You’ll coordinate with general contractors, HVAC techs, and plumbers on site to ensure smooth cross-trade workflow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Dispose of scrap materials responsibly and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Supervise apprentices or junior electricians, offering guidance on proper techniques and safety.
• Adapt to challenging environments, shifting schedules, or last-minute site changes.
• Run wiring through walls, ceilings, and conduits while following safety and code regulations.

Preferred:

• Can provide accurate project estimates for labor, parts, and timeline based on job scope.
• Able to work under pressure and respond to emergency electrical calls when needed.
• Capable of conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and upgrades to existing systems.
• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Open to working varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime for urgent jobs.

You’ll rotate between regular shifts, emergency calls, and after-hours coverage based on building requirements. You’ll receive updates on code changes, new tools, and safety protocols through ongoing professional development. You’ll rotate between installations, repairs, and service calls based on schedule demands and weather conditions.
