Description:

We’re hiring a Construction Worker who isn’t afraid of hard work, early mornings, or getting their hands dirty to build something real. If you’ve never worked on a job site before, that’s okay — we’ll teach you everything from the ground up. You’ll begin with essential safety training, including how to wear protective gear and move safely on site. You’ll use power tools, hand tools, ladders, and heavy materials — and we’ll train you to use each one safely and properly. You’ll show up on time, stay alert, and know that even small tasks — sweeping, measuring, moving materials — keep the project moving. You’ll gradually be introduced to hand tools and power tools — always under supervision to ensure you’re learning safely. You’ll build your strength, your confidence, and your rhythm — learning when to push and when to slow down to stay safe and focused. You’ll work in the sun, the wind, sometimes the mud — but always with a crew that’s got your back. You’ll see how real buildings go up — not from textbooks, but from teamwork and effort.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain tools and equipment—cleaning, storing, and checking them for damage after each use.
• Participate in ongoing training for certifications like OSHA, flagging, or equipment operation if required.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with crane or heavy equipment operators safely and clearly.
• Follow all safety protocols—wearing PPE (hard hats, gloves, boots, goggles) and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
• Help measure, cut, and install construction materials such as wood, drywall, insulation, piping, or rebar according to project plans.

Preferred:

• Values hard work, safety, and craftsmanship in the building process.
• Understands basic construction processes such as framing, pouring concrete, or demolition.
• Understands how to work as part of a team and communicate clearly on a busy site.
• Open to rotating between tasks such as measuring, cutting, mixing, or setting up structures.
• Willing to help clean and prepare job sites before and after construction tasks.
