Description:

We’re looking for a talented remote Graphic Designer to join our team and create innovative, high-quality designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll develop design concepts for various campaigns, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards. You’ll ensure that all designs are on-brand, consistent, and optimized for different platforms and devices. You’ll create logos, banners, and icons that represent the essence of the brand and drive customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with the content team to produce visual elements that enhance messaging and storytelling across all media. You’ll create engaging visuals that drive customer interaction and enhance the overall user experience across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms, even if you’re not the “lead” on a given project.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, product, or content teams to turn briefs into polished designs that communicate clearly.
• Adapt designs across platforms and formats—what works for a Facebook ad won’t always work in an email header.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving visual problems and exploring unique design directions.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Can design for multiple formats: static, animated, digital, and physical.
• Able to follow briefs and turn rough ideas into polished visuals.
• Able to create on-brand assets that communicate clearly and aesthetically.
