Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s eager to turn ideas into engaging visual and audio content — no experience needed, just passion, focus, and a desire to create. You’ll assist in planning shoots, recording sessions, and content series across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify. We’ll teach you how to brainstorm creative concepts, plan shoots or sessions, and organize production timelines. You’ll help capture behind-the-scenes footage, record audio, or assist with lighting, framing, and set design. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll get hands-on with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, GarageBand, or FL Studio depending on the project. We’ll guide you through layering music, transitions, captions, effects, and animations to keep viewers engaged. You’ll support the team in organizing project assets, tracking changes, and ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll also learn how to plan shoots, create moodboards, and scout visuals or audio that enhance a story.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly when plans change—rain delays, tech fails, or last-minute script rewrites happen.
• Plan and manage the full production process for content—whether it’s a video series, podcast, or branded track.
• Brainstorm fresh formats and concepts that align with the brand and audience interests.
• Oversee shoots or recording sessions, making sure everything stays on track and on message.
• Build relationships with freelancers and vendors you can rely on when deadlines are tight.

Preferred:

• Comfortable managing content production across physical and virtual settings (remote teams or studio shoots).
• Enjoys building engaging content that entertains, educates, or emotionally connects with audiences.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, Ableton, or project management platforms like Notion or Trello.
• Knows how to translate ideas or briefs into clear production plans and executable formats.
• Willing to conduct casting, location scouting, studio bookings, or gear rentals as needed.
