We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to join our air cargo team — perfect for someone who’s curious about aviation logistics and ready to work in a time-critical, high-security environment. You’ll start by getting familiar with safety protocols, protective gear, and how to work efficiently in cold or freezing temperatures. You’ll learn how to scan items into inventory, update records, and make sure products are stored in the right place. You’ll help pick and pack overnight orders, prepping them for early-morning courier pickups or dispatch. You’ll be trained to follow clear routines — organizing bins, labeling shelves, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. You’ll support order picking and packing using insulated packaging, dry ice, or gel packs where required. You’ll learn how to prioritize time-sensitive or perishable items, flag any spoilage risks, and report irregularities. You’ll be part of cycle counts, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies that often go unnoticed during busy hours. You’ll gain experience working with automated systems, handheld scanners, and label printers — all in a calm, paced setting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep warehouse shelves, aisles, and stations organized and free from clutter or safety hazards.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and identifying damaged or expired goods.
• Follow company procedures for handling high-value or sensitive items.
• Stay on task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Follow shift schedules, clock in/out properly, and be punctual and dependable.

Preferred:

• Willing to assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, or stock rotation practices.
• Understands the importance of order fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Capable of picking, packing, and staging orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
• Wants to grow into roles like Inventory Coordinator, Shipping Supervisor, or Warehouse Lead.
• Comfortable lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
