Description:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s equal parts designer, builder, and digital problem solver. You’re the type who gets satisfaction from clean class naming, perfectly structured layouts, and buttery-smooth animations. Webflow is second nature to you; you know how to structure projects efficiently, build with reusable components, and keep everything clean under the hood. You’ve likely built dozens of sites in Webflow — maybe for clients, maybe for fun, but always with attention to detail. Whether you’re working from Figma files, wireframes, or a napkin sketch, you can take an idea and turn it into a production-ready site that feels thoughtful and polished. You understand how to balance design aesthetics with UX best practices and aren’t afraid to offer suggestions that improve the final product. Your projects are scalable, well-organized, and easy to update, making you a favorite among clients and teammates alike.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt design elements when necessary for responsiveness without compromising the brand feel.
• Troubleshoot layout bugs, cross-browser issues, and performance bottlenecks before or after launch.
• Stay updated on Webflow updates, cloneables, and community best practices to constantly improve your builds.
• Test sites thoroughly before publishing—across screen sizes, browsers, and device types.
• Help clients or teams migrate legacy sites to Webflow with minimal downtime and full fidelity.

Preferred:

• Enjoys creating clean, modern websites with intuitive user experience.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients directly.
• Interested in automation, no-code workflows, and scaling design-to-dev pipelines.
• Can work with Webflow CMS to power blogs, portfolios, or content-heavy sections.
• Keeps up with Webflow updates, features, and the no-code development ecosystem.
