Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to clean and maintain large vehicles such as trucks, buses, and commercial vans — perfect for someone who’s physically strong, reliable, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty for a job well done. You’ll clean exteriors using pressure washers, extendable brushes, degreasers, and industrial soap solutions to remove heavy grime and buildup. You’ll wash, rinse, and dry vehicles using water-efficient systems, foam cannons, and microfiber towels. You’ll work in teams to cover large surface areas quickly and safely, rotating between different parts of the vehicle during the wash cycle. You’ll follow a detailed checklist for each service package, ensuring consistent quality across all jobs. You’ll clean interiors when required — including driver cabins, floors, instrument panels, and bulk storage areas. You’ll tape off sensitive areas before buffing and follow step-by-step methods to avoid swirl marks or damage. You’ll work outdoors or in semi-covered areas in all weather conditions, depending on the car wash location. You’ll be trained to handle equipment, chemicals, and customer vehicles safely and professionally.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow instructions carefully and ask questions if unsure about a product or procedure.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, whether at a car wash station or mobile setup.
• Report any visible vehicle damage to supervisors before starting the cleaning process.
• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.
• Be flexible and adapt to weather conditions if working in outdoor or mobile car wash services.

Preferred:

• Able to inspect cars before and after service and report any visible damage to supervisors.
• Wants to grow into roles like Lead Detailer, Car Wash Supervisor, or Mobile Detailing Technician.
• Follows safety rules and uses protective gear such as gloves or eye protection as needed.
• Understands the importance of protecting vehicle surfaces and avoiding scratches or streaks.
• Familiar with customer service basics and willing to greet clients or answer simple questions.

You’ll be trained on proper care for sensitive surfaces like matte paint, chrome trim, and infotainment screens.
