We’re looking for a Reception Manager who doesn’t just greet people — you make them feel like they’ve come to the right place. You’ll be the face of the company, greeting guests, clients, and team members with a welcoming smile and efficient support. From greeting clients to coordinating room bookings, your mission is to make every interaction feel effortless and welcoming. You’ll oversee and elevate the performance of front desk staff, ensuring every guest is met with grace and efficiency. With you at the helm, the reception area becomes more than a waiting space — it becomes a statement of who we are. When the unexpected happens — a no-show, a last-minute VIP guest, or a power outage — you’re already on Plan B. You know how to smile under pressure, solve problems quickly, and keep both guests and staff happy and informed. ” and you mean it. You’ll handle escalations with poise, finding solutions quickly and keeping guests satisfied.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Manage internal communication flow—sharing updates with reception staff and relaying feedback to HR or leadership as needed.
  • Handle minor technical issues related to phones, badge printers, or check-in tablets—escalating to IT when necessary.
  • Track and report on front desk metrics such as wait times, visitor volume, or issue resolution times to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve any customer service issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion—de-escalating situations when necessary.
  • Support company events, guest visits, or VIP appointments by coordinating logistics and communicating with relevant teams.

Preferred:

  • Enjoys creating a welcoming, smooth experience for guests, clients, and staff alike.
  • Comfortable handling check-ins, inquiries, and escalating urgent matters to the appropriate department.
  • Able to train, schedule, and oversee a team of receptionists or front desk staff.
  • Excited to lead a front desk team and represent the company’s brand from the very first interaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to welcome guests and staff professionally.
