Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who doesn’t just make tracks — but builds worlds around artists, guiding them from rough sketches to deeply personal, fully produced songs that leave a mark. You’ll produce original music across formats: singles, soundtracks, branded content, live activations, and more. You’ll build arrangements that support the voice, elevate the lyrics, and create a unique signature for every track. We expect you to bring your own musical instincts to the table, while also adapting to the vision and voice of each artist. You’ll direct recording sessions with confidence, coaching vocalists, guiding instrumental takes, and creating a comfortable creative space. You’ll produce beats, manipulate samples, build textures, and make decisions that elevate not just the song — but the brand. You’ll collaborate with mixing and mastering engineers to finalize tracks that meet release-ready standards across platforms. You’ll collaborate with vocal producers, engineers, and co-writers to ensure a seamless process from first idea to final master. You’ll be hands-on in DAWs, plugins, and synths — but you’ll also know when to strip it all back to one vocal and a piano.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.
• Use DAWs like Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or FL Studio to record, edit, and produce tracks.
• Love the process—your ears, taste, and leadership shape how the world hears music.
• Optimize tracks for different platforms—streaming, radio, or live performance.
• Handle feedback gracefully from labels, clients, or collaborators—even if it stings.

Preferred:

• Experience producing music across genres such as pop, hip-hop, electronic, or cinematic depending on artist or project needs.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
• Able to guide artists in vocal performance, harmonies, and lyric delivery during recording sessions.
• Familiar with sound selection, sampling, and using VSTs, synths, or hardware to craft original sounds.
• Able to collaborate with vocalists, instrumentalists, or songwriters to shape the creative direction of a track.
