Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating and curating content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience. You’ll create, curate, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage our audience. You’ll analyze key performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize social media strategies based on data-driven insights. You’ll stay informed about the latest social media trends, incorporating new features, tools, and tactics into campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll engage with followers and respond to comments or direct messages, fostering a strong online community. You’ll manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring paid promotions are effective and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Develop platform-specific strategies—what works on TikTok doesn’t always work on LinkedIn.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, best practices, and new platform features—because things change fast.
• Track analytics weekly—engagement, reach, growth—and adjust content strategy based on what actually performs.
• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.
• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.

Preferred:

• Wants to build brands people connect with and keep coming back to.
• Values creativity, clarity, and consistency in brand voice and visuals.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Comfortable with basic graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
