Description:

We’re looking for Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees to create UGC-style content for brands — no experience needed, just a natural vibe, camera confidence, and ability to speak like a real person, not a script. You’ll be featured in short scripts, promo scenes, and ad-style segments where you’ll speak, move, and engage the viewer naturally. We’re not looking for perfection — just natural charisma, confidence, and the ability to follow direction and adapt in front of the lens. Expect to work on scenes like “unbox and explain,” “use the product while talking,” or “reaction to transformation” content. Expect to film on your phone, use natural lighting, and create content that feels like a recommendation from a friend, not an ad. We’ll guide you through how to use your face, eyes, hands, and pauses to hold attention and bring life to basic lines. You’ll also gain practice with storytelling, facial expression, tone control, and timing — all critical for keeping viewers watching. You’ll gain confidence showing your face, talking to the camera, and sharing pieces of your routine in a way that feels honest. Some days you’ll be in sweats, others dressed up — you’ll adapt to the brand while staying true to your personal energy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Engage with your audience by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.
• Maintain a consistent online presence that aligns with your personal or professional image.
• Stay informed on trending formats, poses, audio, or aesthetics relevant to your niche.
• Maintain your appearance, energy, and health to meet the physical demands of the role.

Preferred:

• Knows how to bring energy, personality, and authenticity to each shoot or performance.
• Able to follow creative direction, scripts, or moodboards from photographers and directors.
• Comfortable working in studio or on-location shoots with fast-paced schedules and tight timelines.
• Understands how to self-promote using reels, behind-the-scenes content, or trend participation.
• Open to feedback and capable of adjusting performance or posing based on real-time direction.
