We’re seeking a Canva Template Designer who combines creativity with precision and knows how to make digital products people love to download and use. You live and breathe aesthetics — from modern minimalist to bold and quirky, you know how to bring a vibe to life. Whether you’re building social media kits, digital planners, client proposal templates, or course slide decks, you always keep usability in focus. You get a rush from turning a messy concept into a clean, polished digital product — whether it’s for social media, eBooks, pitch decks, or online courses. Canva isn’t just a tool for you — it’s your favorite creative playground. You’re comfortable working with branding guidelines, yet creative enough to stretch them in fresh ways. Collaboration comes naturally, but so does independent execution — give you a brief and you’ll deliver 10 options before lunch. You have a strong eye for consistency and understand how to build out full collections that feel cohesive across platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Update existing templates regularly to keep them fresh, on-trend, and aligned with Canva platform changes.
• Support digital product launches (e.g. Etsy, Gumroad, personal site) by preparing template previews, mockups, and usage demos.
• Respond to feedback with a solutions-first attitude, updating designs based on client or market input.
• Research market trends and audience preferences to create on-brand, relevant, and commercially viable template styles.
• Package files neatly with clear naming conventions and folders to make download and navigation frictionless.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Designer, Content Creator, or Creative Lead.
• Background or interest in graphic design, marketing, branding, or content creation.
• Knows how to use Canva's brand kits, grids, and advanced features like animations.
• Has a portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and versatile Canva templates.
• Understands typography and can pair fonts effectively for different tones.
