Description:

We’re hiring a creative and enthusiastic Community Manager to help grow, engage, and support our online community. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster positive interactions, encourage engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. You’ll create engaging content for social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, encouraging interaction and participation. You’ll manage and monitor community platforms, responding to comments and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. You’ll assist with handling user complaints and inquiries, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You’ll help resolve any issues or conflicts within the community, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere. You’ll track engagement metrics, analyze data, and provide feedback to improve community strategies and user satisfaction. You’ll monitor community conversations, ensuring that the brand’s voice remains consistent and on-message across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Adjust tone, format, or channel approach based on platform norms and audience preferences.
  • Write and maintain community guidelines, pinned posts, and FAQ docs that set expectations and answer common questions clearly.
  • Keep documentation updated on roles, processes, and tools so the community can grow without chaos.
  • Manage community tools like Discord bots, Facebook settings, or third-party integrations to keep operations smooth.
  • Develop onboarding flows and welcome experiences that make new members feel seen, included, and excited to participate.

Preferred:

  • Experience collaborating with marketing, support, or product teams to align messaging.
  • Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, Slack, or forums.
  • Organized with calendars, feedback loops, and multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Can recognize super-users, ambassadors, or potential moderators and nurture relationships.
  • Interested in user advocacy and acting as a voice between community and company.

Benefits:

  • Flexible hours — community happens across time zones, and we trust you to manage your rhythm.
  • You’ll be part moderator, part event planner, part hype machine — and we celebrate every hat you wear.
  • We celebrate engagement, quality conversations, and that one thread that blew up with good vibes.
  • We believe community is a long game — and you’re the player-coach.
  • You’ll help onboard new members and make them feel welcome — even if they’re shy, weird, or brand new.

You’ll assist in moderating discussions, ensuring that conversations remain respectful, inclusive, and aligned with brand values. You’ll develop a voice for the community, ensuring content and interactions reflect the brand’s tone and messaging. You’ll create engaging newsletters and email campaigns to keep the community informed about new updates, events, and promotions. You’ll assist in building relationships with customers and users, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams. You’ll actively listen to the community’s needs and concerns, ensuring their voices are heard and represented in the company’s decisions. You’ll create reports on community engagement and growth, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage and grow the community from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic team. If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving engagement, and fostering a vibrant online community, we’d love to have you join us.
