Description:

We’re looking for a Junior QA Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You’ll be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that the product works as expected before release. You’ll write detailed bug reports, track test progress, and help ensure that software meets the required standards and specifications. You’ll assist in preparing test plans and cases, making sure all features are thoroughly tested before launch. You’ll perform functional, regression, and smoke tests to ensure that the software works as expected in different environments. You’ll track defects using bug tracking tools, maintaining accurate records of identified issues and their resolutions. You’ll collaborate with product teams to understand the requirements and provide input on testing strategies. You’ll work closely with the product team to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance speed and detail—test thoroughly but efficiently, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes by assisting stakeholders and gathering their feedback effectively.
• Your goal isn’t just to “break stuff”—it’s to protect the user experience and build trust in every release.
• Use browser dev tools to inspect elements, console errors, and network requests when troubleshooting issues.
• Contribute ideas to improve test flows, user experience, or clarity of error messages.

Preferred:

• Open to writing documentation or contributing to QA process improvements.
• Enjoys breaking things in a structured way to improve product stability.
• Familiar with manual testing processes for web or mobile applications.
• Willing to learn about test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Can collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers on issue resolution.

You’ll work on different projects and test new software features, providing feedback and helping refine processes.
