We’re on the hunt for a TikTok Content Creator who lives and breathes the app. Not just someone who scrolls — we mean someone who understands why things go viral and can jump on trends before they peak. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and scripting (just a bit), while keeping a keen eye on engagement stats to see what works. If your camera roll is filled with drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This is a fast-paced, creative role for a fast-paced, dynamic platform — if you’re the type who thrives on jumping on trends, then we want you to join our team. You’ll create fun, fresh content that catches the eye of TikTok’s algorithm and lands on the For You page. Whether you’re filming on the go or working from your bedroom, all you need is your phone and an inventive mind. The goal is not perfection — it’s authenticity, creativity, and speed. TikTok is its own language, and we need someone who speaks it fluently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Come up with content series that can keep people coming back (e.g. tips, POVs, behind-the-scenes).
• Write light scripts or outlines that help keep videos focused without sounding rehearsed.
• Stay playful, bold, and unafraid to take risks—even weird ideas can go viral here.
• Keep things light, relatable, and never too polished—this is TikTok, not TV.
• Film and edit independently with minimal guidance—be your own director and editor.

Preferred:

• Open to constructive feedback and using it to improve future videos.
• Enjoys experimenting with text overlays, voiceovers, or trending sound snippets.
• Passionate about TikTok as a platform for creative self-expression and storytelling.
• Experience crafting TikTok videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Curious about what makes content go viral and interested in analyzing metrics.
