Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, including suppliers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders, to optimize logistics operations. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll assist with warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored properly and easy to access for efficient order fulfillment. You’ll ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transportation to meet safety and regulatory requirements. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You love spreadsheets, but you also know when a quick phone call gets results faster. You’ll maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipment receipts, tracking information, and inventory updates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align order fulfillment with customer expectations and internal timelines.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and clients to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve delays.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and logistics partners to negotiate better terms and ensure priority handling.
  • Track shipments using logistics platforms and provide real-time updates or reports to stakeholders and customers.
  • Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.

Preferred:

  • Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
  • Thrives in deadline-driven, remote-friendly work environments that reward precision and coordination.
  • Knows how to optimize shipping routes, carriers, or vendors based on cost and timing.
  • Able to communicate clearly with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Comfortable handling shipping paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.

Benefits:

  • Team rituals include daily ops check-ins, weekly wins, and monthly “how did *that* get delivered?” stories.
  • We provide tools, SOPs, and support — but your organization and calm under pressure make it all work.
  • If you love tracking things down, building clear flows, and being the behind-the-scenes hero — welcome aboard.
  • If you're the person who notices problems early and likes fixing them before anyone else sees — this role is built for you.
  • We don’t expect perfection — just precision, persistence, and process improvement.

We’re not just moving boxes — we’re moving value, and your role is critical in that mission. You know how to follow procedures, but you’re also not afraid to suggest a smarter way. You’ll stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure that all logistics operations comply with industry standards and legal guidelines. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner. You’ll stay updated with logistics technology and industry trends, utilizing the latest tools to optimize processes. You bring order to chaos and turn plans into action with confidence and clarity. We want someone who’s proactive, analytical, and ready to take ownership of the logistics process. If the words “on time” and “under budget” make you smile, you’ll love it here.
