Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to support our B2B brand on LinkedIn, email, and long-form content — no experience needed, just sharp thinking and a professional tone of voice. You’ll help write posts that position our team as experts, spark conversation, and bring in real leads — not just likes. We’ll teach you how to structure a LinkedIn post, craft a compelling headline, and share insights that feel fresh, not forced. Expect to write captions that sound natural but drive engagement — and know how to add value in under 10 seconds. You’ll learn how to use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, and Notion to stay organized and move fast. You’ll help manage our content calendar, assist in planning campaigns, and organize our assets for reuse across platforms. We’ll train you to write emails, nurture sequences, and Instagram posts that educate, inspire, or sell without sounding salesy. We’ll guide you on how to use tools like MailerLite, Brevo, Notion, Grammarly, and WordPress (or similar CMS). You’ll be encouraged to break formats, test weird ideas, and follow intuition — not just best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion to keep everything organized.
• Keep a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to each platform's culture.
• Stay calm when plans change—because they will.
• Bring data to creative meetings and creative thinking to data meetings.
• Build relationships with our audience through stories, polls, comments, and DMs.

Preferred:

• Willing to create briefs for creatives, oversee post-production, and ensure content is published correctly.
• Comfortable experimenting with different formats like Reels, carousels, stories, and polls.
• Pays attention to trends, hashtags, and emerging content styles that improve visibility.
• Can write basic landing page copy or email marketing content when needed.
• Experience creating and managing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
