Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll offer haircuts, blowouts, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s hair type, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining your station, sterilizing tools, and keeping the environment clean and welcoming for all guests. You’ll stay updated on new styles, color formulas, and techniques to keep your skills sharp and your clients inspired. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll take before-and-after photos (with permission) and help us showcase the great work you do on social media or in-salon displays. You’ll build relationships with regulars and make newcomers feel instantly comfortable and welcome.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt to different hair textures, lengths, and cultural hair care needs with sensitivity and skill.
• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.
• Offer honest advice on what suits the client’s face shape, lifestyle, and hair type best.
• Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle, color, and overall hair goals.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Stylist, Salon Manager, or Educator.
• Background or strong passion in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion.
• Pays attention to detail when creating precise lines, layers, or custom looks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Willing to upsell retail products or additional treatments based on client needs and salon goals.
