Description:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock and available for shipment when needed. From warehouses to delivery routes, you’ll know what’s going where and when. Working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams is part of your routine. You’ll collaborate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce inefficiencies. You’ll oversee the logistics documentation, including customs forms, shipment tracking, and invoices, ensuring everything is properly filed. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. Every day brings new puzzles, and you’re the type who actually enjoys solving them.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance, shipping costs, and supply chain KPIs.
• Work with freight forwarders, courier services, or 3PL providers to compare rates, arrange transportation, and manage logistics costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to avoid shortages or overstocking in warehouses or retail locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and logistics partners to negotiate better terms and ensure priority handling.

Preferred:

• Familiar with both domestic and international shipping practices is a plus.
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while staying calm and methodical.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
• Enjoys solving logistical challenges and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
