Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s eager to turn ideas into engaging visual and audio content — no experience needed, just passion, focus, and a desire to create. You’ll support the team in brainstorming, scripting, and shaping content for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Instagram. We’ll teach you how to brainstorm creative concepts, plan shoots or sessions, and organize production timelines. You’ll help organize shoot days, prep audio setups, adjust lighting, and assist with camera operation or direction. Expect to assist in editing video clips, adding transitions, syncing music, and adjusting color or sound. You’ll learn how to edit efficiently using tools like Premiere Pro, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve. We’ll guide you through layering music, transitions, captions, effects, and animations to keep viewers engaged. You’ll learn how to produce for different platforms — from fast-paced Reels to longer YouTube breakdowns. You’ll also help repurpose content, creating cutdowns, teasers, and platform-specific versions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly when plans change—rain delays, tech fails, or last-minute script rewrites happen.
• Track analytics like views, retention, click-throughs, or streams to measure what’s working.
• Champion storytelling and originality over just chasing trends or views.
• Maintain quality across multiple projects running at once without dropping the ball.
• Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and resources without sacrificing quality.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to story arc, tone, pacing, and engagement when reviewing final outputs.
• Organized with file structure, content calendars, release schedules, and version tracking.
• Enjoys building engaging content that entertains, educates, or emotionally connects with audiences.
• Background or interest in media production, filmmaking, music production, or creative strategy.
• Can support social content, educational formats, short-form media, or long-form storytelling.
