Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Copywriter to join our team and craft compelling content for various marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for writing persuasive copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to craft content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand voice. You’ll conduct research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform your writing. You’ll write clear, concise, and compelling copy that communicates our message effectively and motivates our audience to take action. You’ll assist in crafting email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and product descriptions to drive conversions and engagement. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality content under tight deadlines while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. You’ll help maintain the brand’s consistency across all written content, ensuring a unified voice across different platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Brainstorm content ideas for blog posts, ad campaigns, or social series with a creative, results-oriented mindset.
• Help build or maintain copy style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Write SEO-friendly copy that balances keyword use with natural, readable language—no keyword stuffing allowed.
• Ask smart questions during briefings so you’re aligned from the start—and save time down the line.
• Repurpose content across platforms, turning a blog into tweets, a case study into an email, or a webinar into a summary.

Preferred:

• Can develop and follow content calendars or campaign timelines.
• Familiar with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, Notion, or project boards.
• Pays attention to grammar, punctuation, and tone across all channels.
• Background or strong interest in marketing, journalism, branding, or storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, or product teams.
