Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who can see both the details in the data and the bigger picture of customer experience. You’ll be responsible for designing CRM processes that actually support the way our team works — not slow it down. You’ll build and manage workflows that automate tasks, improve lead tracking, and enhance customer segmentation. You’ll own the CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards that drive smarter decisions. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll review current setups, eliminate redundancies, and propose scalable systems as the business evolves. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. Your dashboards will be clear, your logic will be tight, and your systems will save time for everyone involved. You’re the kind of person who documents everything so others don’t have to guess later.

Basic Qualifications:

• Set up automated alerts and notifications for deal updates, missed follow-ups, or key account activity to keep teams in sync.
• Support onboarding of new team members by training them on CRM best practices, workflows, and data hygiene standards.
• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.
• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.
• Coordinate with developers or external tools when custom CRM integrations are required (e.g., connecting with Stripe, Calendly, Intercom).

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Thrives in a remote environment and communicates proactively with distributed teams.
• Organized and methodical in managing CRM hygiene, deduplication, and process optimization.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
• Excited to grow into roles like CRM Manager, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Operations Specialist.
