Description:

We’re looking for a proactive Email Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist with creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for writing email copy that is persuasive, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging and goals. You’ll assist with creating visually appealing email templates that are consistent with the brand and optimize user experience. You’ll assist in building segmented email lists, targeting specific customer groups with personalized messaging. You’ll help build and maintain segmented email lists, targeting specific groups with personalized content to improve conversion rates. You’ll track email campaign performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future campaigns. You’ll help with A/B testing, testing different subject lines, CTAs, and email formats to improve campaign outcomes. You’ll monitor email deliverability, ensuring that emails reach inboxes and do not end up in spam folders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ultimately, help the brand connect with people in a human, helpful, and high-performing way—one email at a time.
• Ensure proper formatting, grammar, and link functionality before scheduling any emails—mistakes happen, but not on your watch.
• Coordinate A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, send times, or layout variations to optimize performance.
• Help design visually appealing email templates that are mobile-responsive and accessible across devices.
• Support lead generation efforts by integrating forms and pop-ups across websites or landing pages.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in marketing, digital communication, e-commerce, or copywriting.
• Values clear communication, thoughtful timing, and audience-centric messaging.
• Knows how to organize and tag subscribers based on actions or interests.
• Knows how to write clear subject lines, preview text, and CTAs that drive engagement.
• Can help repurpose blog content, product updates, or promotional materials for email.

You’ll stay informed on the latest email marketing trends and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas into campaigns.
