Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to support our B2B brand on LinkedIn, email, and long-form content — no experience needed, just sharp thinking and a professional tone of voice. You’ll be creating and testing content fast — for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, emails, blog posts, and landing pages. We’ll teach you how to structure newsletters, write engaging subject lines, and craft CTAs that drive clicks without sounding pushy. You’ll learn how to repurpose webinars, podcasts, and team interviews into valuable, digestible content for business audiences. Expect to do a little of everything: social posts, reels, memes, newsletters, product launch content, FAQs, and community replies. You’ll learn what makes a reel go viral, how to study analytics, and how to create repeatable formats that feel personal. We’ll train you to write emails, nurture sequences, and Instagram posts that educate, inspire, or sell without sounding salesy. We’ll guide you on how to use tools like MailerLite, Brevo, Notion, Grammarly, and WordPress (or similar CMS). You’ll study what works on LinkedIn — from personal storytelling to thought leadership — and adapt it to our brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Run A/B tests on visuals, captions, or posting times to optimize results.
• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, click-through rate, and conversions from content.
• Keep a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to each platform's culture.
• Pitch fresh ideas that align with brand goals, not just what’s trending.
• Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion to keep everything organized.

Preferred:

• Familiar with tracking social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Able to repurpose long-form content into micro-content for social media distribution.
• Able to develop content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and maintain consistent brand voice across channels.
• Can write basic landing page copy or email marketing content when needed.
• Pays attention to trends, hashtags, and emerging content styles that improve visibility.
