Description:

We’re looking for a creative and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create exceptional user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into elegant design solutions. You’ll conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather valuable insights and improve designs. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. You’ll ensure that the design is consistent, intuitive, and aesthetically aligned with the brand’s identity. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure the smooth implementation of your designs, addressing any potential challenges along the way. You’ll assist in creating interactive prototypes and animations that demonstrate how the product should function in real life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistent cross-platform branding.
• Create pixel-perfect layouts while still leaving room for developer flexibility when needed.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are baked into every screen, from color contrast to keyboard navigation.
• Collaborate asynchronously with remote teams—sharing updates via Notion, Slack, Loom, or Miro boards.

Preferred:

• Comfortable presenting design ideas and justifying decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Able to iterate designs based on real-time feedback and product updates.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven, and remote-first design teams.
• Able to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders remotely.
• Can follow brand guidelines while adding user-friendly improvements.
