Description:

We’re hiring a Residential Electrician to wire, repair, and upgrade electrical systems in homes and apartments — perfect for someone who values safety, neat work, and client satisfaction. You’ll read blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics to plan and execute safe, code-compliant installations. You’ll assess each situation on-site, identify the root cause, and make safe, temporary or permanent repairs depending on conditions. You’ll be on-call for shifts that may include nights, weekends, or holidays, depending on rotation and client contracts. You’ll perform routine maintenance on panels, circuit breakers, and control systems to prevent future issues. You’ll troubleshoot issues in real time — whether it’s a short circuit, overloaded line, or unexpected power loss. You’ll conduct preventive maintenance on motors, relays, VFDs, lighting systems, and backup power sources to reduce downtime. You’ll ensure every job site is left tidy and all visible work is aligned, labeled, and tested before completion. You’ll perform panel upgrades, install subpanels, and configure circuits for HVAC, EV chargers, or home offices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Install and configure smart home devices, generators, or backup power systems if required.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining complex issues in easy-to-understand language.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, or facility managers on project timelines and requirements.
  • Supervise apprentices or junior electricians, offering guidance on proper techniques and safety.
  • Test completed installations for functionality and safety before powering up systems.

Preferred:

  • Understands the handling of low-voltage systems, grounding, and surge protection methods.
  • Values safety, precision, and integrity in all aspects of electrical work.
  • Familiar with installing new electrical infrastructure during renovations or new construction projects.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
  • Able to identify and resolve electrical faults, overloads, and wiring issues efficiently and safely.

Benefits:

  • From service calls to system design — you’ll get hands-on variety.
  • Clean job sites, respectful teams, and zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
  • Your expertise is trusted — no babysitting, no micromanagement.
  • You’re not just wiring — you’re keeping homes and businesses alive.
  • Work that’s always in demand — lights, power, and safety rely on your hands.

You’ll work closely with engineers, safety officers, machine operators, and automation technicians as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll receive training in rapid troubleshooting, live-panel safety, and safe work methods under time constraints. You’ll log repairs, parts used, and time spent per task using building management software or ticketing platforms. You’ll help prevent future incidents by recommending upgrades, repairs, or scheduled maintenance to clients after emergencies are resolved. You’ll work independently or in teams, coordinating with contractors, inspectors, and other trades on site. You’ll receive support from senior techs and industrial supervisors who will mentor your work on advanced systems. You’ll rotate between installations, repairs, and service calls based on schedule demands and weather conditions. If you're ready to keep the lights on where the machines never stop, we’re ready to train and support you in industrial electrical work. If you’re ready to keep buildings powered, safe, and running smoothly — we’re ready to put tools in your hand and welcome you as an Electrician.
